Feb 26. The Rain stopped the day before and the temp went up for a great day of shooting. Still a bit of mud on the ground behind the firing line but the ranges were dry.
5 stages with a very fun steel stage. Here are the top three shooters in each category.

Rick K had the fasted overall time for the day with 47.22. He is an expert CDP shooter and great guy to shoot with.
Next two top shooters in CDP was:
Keith B 75.95
Chris T 84.37

ESP top shooter was Casey B with a time of 62.52 followed by:
Bill Sz 65.81
Roger K 75.15

Come back and see us next month.

October 30th. we stretched the IDPA rules a bit and had a ZOMBIE shoot with special targets. Off course you can only kill a zombie with a head shot so we had a lot of challenging shots to include a head shot drop and turn target. Everyone had fun and a lot of zombies bit the dirt. Meet the zombie target family:

Zombie Targets      ZT-JIMMY ZOMBIE TARGETS      ZT-MEATCAKE ZOMBIE TARGETS    ZT-ZOMBAHIR ZOMBIE TARGETSZT-HANS ZOMBIE TARGETSZT-BECKY ZOMBIE TARGETS

Top 5 shooters were:
Casey B. with 72.39
C.W. Austin with 84.37
Matt E 86.95
Kieth B with 90.77
Don A with 100.43

Over  100 seconds were:
Derrick C 109.34
Roger K 118.45
Stan S 125.81
Casper W 131.84
Bill B. 131.56
Steve C 140.70
Wes C.   157.88
Ralph S 210.37
Dena G (first time shooter) 270.62

All zobies had scoring rings in the head with time added for less than perfect shots but you could make up for it if you took the time to shoot the Bonus Brain. Each target had a  brain to the side with scoring rings that we subtracted time if hit .

Sept 25th Club match had perfect weather.
There was both good and bad news for Roger K. He earned 1st place in the ESP class at this match. Only problem was that he was the only  ESP shooter. He did shoot a 115.85 time which put him 4th Overall for the day. Good shooting Roger.

In SSP:
Rick K       82.12
Dough Mc 89.59 (New shooter)
Carl Sz      92.75

James K  206.24
Stan the Man 212.25 (We did not penalize him  even though he had never heard of the john Wayne movie Hatari)
GW A  228.91

A very special thanks to Gary Wheeler and Kim Breed for the design and set up of the match and doing all the OC work. Also Kieth for his work in setting up and tearing down the stages.

July 24th we had a club match on a very hot day. We shot 4 stages to get everyone thru before the heat got to us.
