** How to order firearms over the internet **
Yes you can purchase Firearms over the internet but you cannot take delivery of them without meeting the Federal Laws. We only ship firearms to FFL holders, no exceptions. You must, in person, complete a form 4473, fingerprint card(Tennessee), present proper ID and do the required background check.
Make your order and pay on line then follow these procedures:
1. Send us a clear readable copy of a valid FFL. (fax, email or snail mail We will ship to your FFL holder attention your name. You will then do the required federal checks with your FFL holder and pay him whatever fee you have worked out. Standard shipping rates apply.
2. In the comment section of the order form let us know if you want to pick the firearm up in person at our shop near Clarksville TN or Meet us at our next gunshow in Nashville Tn or have us send the gun to your FFL holder. We will make an appointment to meet you at our shop or the gun show or coordinate for the FFL
There is a $10 state fee to do the required background checks in Tennessee. If you pick the gun up directly from us you pay this fee and no shipping charges.
If meeting us to purchase: You must have a valid state ID to purchase rifles and shotguns. You must have a valid Tennessee ID to purchase a handgun. Military can use any state ID along with their military ID and Orders to Ft Campbell to purchase handguns.
We will strictly follow all state and federal laws. Please do not ask us to bend or break the law. We cooporate closely with the ATF and local Law Enforcement and will not violate the law.
